PROJECT: This Pitch Deck proposal for Build me a Brownstone features the story of Mark O’Brien - father, vodka maker, biker, renegade real estate developer, and yogi. We follow along as he buys, restores, renovates, and sells multi-million-dollar brownstones in the heart of Manhattan. All while balancing his company, family, and thirst for adventure.
